Who we are

Ashford Wyndham provides property management services in St. Louis, Missouri. This policy explains what this website collects and how that information is handled.

What we collect

The only information this site asks you for is what you enter when you request a strategy call: your name, phone number, email address, and the appointment time you choose. We record the time your request was received and the page you sent it from.

The tenant portal on this site is a placeholder. It is not connected to any account system, and anything typed into it is neither transmitted nor stored.

How we use it

Booking details are used to hold your appointment and to contact you about it. When you book, an email containing your request is sent to Ashford Wyndham so we can follow up. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Where it is stored

Booking requests are stored in a private database on a server we control, and are not shared with a third-party scheduling provider. Access requires an authenticated private connection.

Service providers

This site is delivered through Cloudflare, which processes network requests on our behalf. Email notifications are relayed through ImprovMX. Some pages still load fonts, icons, and analytics scripts served by our previous website provider, HighLevel, which may set cookies in your browser.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept until they are no longer needed and are then deleted. We can remove records on request.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us and we will action the request.
